This game is challenging and fun! I always find myself making sound effects when I cause an overload :D I ended up getting the Rainbow White Circuit deck by Elephant Playing Cards to play with -- the cards are black and red on white so they're highly legible, but still cyberpunk-y.

I haven't tried out the tarot rules yet -- looking forward doing so (I will have to restrain myself from finding a cyberpunk-themed tarot deck first).
