Lovely, heartwarming game that will make you nostalgic and feel emotions for all your well-worn toys. I only deducted a point because I was slightly confused by the instructions and instead of six children, my Beloved only met with three (one per act). I think that's okay, though - I invested quite a bit of time into who they children were and spent two and a half hours playing.

There is a lot of replayability (I want to be a Beloved of each different kind at least! So that's 6 times at the bare minimum!) but the prompts might get a little tired of three times, unsure! 

There was definitely a lot of love put into this game and I would highly recommend it. This was my first experience with solo-rpg and journalling and being that it was diceless, cardless, and tumbling towerless, it is highly portable and highly welcoming to those who have never played before!
