Really solid game feel and the atmosphere of the game is great. I love running into a new situation and seeing what new creatures and abilities will do!
My main issue with it is that it can get quite visually noisy sometimes which makes it hard to tell what's going on when the visuals are changing so often, but I understand that the glitchy visuals are a part of the core identity and style of the game of course - I feel like having some more areas of visual rest and stillness could really exaggerate the glitchyness of the glitchy areas by the power of contrast too whilst providing some rest to figure out what's going on :0
The level design is tight and interesting too, using the glitch blocks to reset to previous checkpoints with a spell you picked up along the way. I feel like most of the challenges in the levels could be solved after a few attempts of jumping around a room and waving the broom, so it could be cool to see some puzzles that require more problem-solving from the player to overcome. I can see this turning into more of a metroidvania if the player unlocked permanent upgrades and collected items along the way too!
This game has soul and loads more potential - I can't wait to see how it evolves in the future!
