Agency is a pretty neat concept. I love the setting and the lore, and the core gameplay of maximising per-turn money to buy cards
However, I do think it needs something more. Contacts are a great idea but there aren't enough of them. Gadgets seem nice but their limited charges are annoying. It needs more of a driving factor to build games towards a conclusion, some layer of escalating power.
Perhaps we can have Property cards that do useful things once bought and stay for the rest of the game, so accumulating them is a gradual step forward towards ending
I also think the characters could do with a little work, especially The Beast. He's not really as scary as he should be, either in appearance or voice. Needs more muscles and a deeper vocal tone
