I read this for a book club over a few weeks and really enjoyed it! I don't usually play visual novels or erotic games and I wasn't expecting to get so invested in its story and themes, but it surprised me! This did genuinely bring a tear to my eye at least thrice, which is pretty damn good for seven hours of words, many of which describe non-tear-inducing sex. A very nice way to be introduced to an unfamiliar genre, I have the feeling I'll be hard pressed to find something else this good.
