It's a /perfect/ mobile game: low commitment level, it's so easy to jump in and out for just a few minutes; there are rewarding tactical choices, but the gameplay loop starts to feel familiar quickly; the UI gives helpful hints as to what is going on without feeling clunky or overwhelming, which only furthers how easy it is to jump in and out of the game.
