The Dark Eye (TDE) in its current edition (DSA5) is great in that while there are many rulebook extensions, all you need for any adventure is the Rulebook (in Italian: this Uno Sguardo nel Buio: Regolamento) for the rules and the Aventuria Almanac for the world, to play each and every adventure available.
