Toree 2 takes the original makes it even faster and better. Gone is waiting for cycles, and slow moving platforms, introducing boost pads, water currents, and other methods of increasing that fast paced feeling I play games like this for. I will say one of the things added I did not like was the final boss. Bosses in these type of platformers are very hard to pull off; and I think this one misses the mark in a couple areas, such as being the only place in the game with a circular arena, and very tight windows for dodging attacks. But even with that, I still enjoy this game even more than the original, and it has earned it’s place in my heart.
