On my first playthrough, I didn't even see the Milk Man. I had no idea how to get the final milk and, as I was walking around the store, a message saying he ate me just popped up. I played the game the second time and this time I got all the milk I needed but the Milk Man just popped up out of nowhere and gave me a lil' scare. It's not a very scary game and it could've been better. If the player were to see the Milk Man more frequently and there were places to hide from the Milk Man while he chases you around, and also if the supermarket was a bit bigger, the game would've been better. Maybe it should've been a bit longer with a bit more story to it.
