(FYI: I did not complete this game, so take this review as you will)
This game is interesting in both its limiting factors (the input you have in the world is minimal) and the requirement of learning what pieces of the puzzle are before you can start to piece them together. The design of the world and the movements of the pieces within are quite elegant and endearing.
That said, I found that the timed challenge of the puzzles that require multiple run-throughs just to understand the basic concepts (not to mention a "punishment" that amounts to nothing but wasting the player's time) to be at best frustrating, and at worse a detriment to the game as a whole. Without the timers, I feel there would have been more intrigue and exploration in my mind instead of rushed panic to figure out what button meant what. It encouraged random actions instead of thoughtful ones, and only once I had learned what Some buttons meant could I make informed decisions about the rest of them.
Overall, it was enjoyable for the short time I played it, but the timer did not add anything to the game, and is the cause of my lack of completion.
