I would give it 2.5 / 5 if I could.
A very fun idea, but execution is sorely lacking.

Why is critical hit rate not listed when I go to change my equipped weapon?
Why does the status screen not tell me what my status effects are doing to me?
Why is nearly all of the body mod screen locked behind getting anal pregnancy?
What is the point of the body part seduce / defense skills if the enemy can completely ignore them anyway?
Why do monsters even have such a high sex drive towards you if you haven't even seduced them yet?
Why do I have to rely on resource intensive items to make the whole breeding mechanic actually manageable instead of RNG nightmare?
Why is there no option to tell partners to stay on the ship to keep the list of who you want to switch to from becoming 10 kilometers long?

And most importantly of all...

Why in the name of all that is holy do parasites even exist in galaxy 1?!
