The idea behind this prototype is great and has a lot of potential! The graphics are *okay* and the world/characters are obviously undeveloped, being a prototype. Where this falls short though is level design. It's as if the game is partway between linear, directed levels and an open explorable area.
I usually had a direction, though I was never sure if it was the right one. The world looked like I could just fly around and explore it but I felt restricted to a fairly narrow - yet hardly discernable path. I think this game would benefit massively from a fairly open level design where players can explore as they like and backtrack with ease.
