This is one of the best tilesheet creators I've used. So many other sprite packers won't let you arrange things how you want (even $20 ones) but this program lets you stamp your tiles wherever you want - but it's also premade to give you the exact tilesheet sizes that RPG Maker uses so it's indispensable for people making tilesheets for that engine.
