Despite the cool aesthetic and the music I couldn't get into this. The reason is the dialogue writing. The writer needs to look up the meaning of 'show, don't tell', as the dialogue is filled to the brim with unnecessary exposition. And to enable said exposition dumps, the characters change the subject constantly during their conversations. Sentences are often ended on a 'whatever', before changing to an entirely different subject.
I think it was also translated into English from some other language, and not in a very good way unfortunately. The end-result is that the dialogue doesn't flow naturally in the slightest. Finally, there's some pretentious quotes from the author's favourite cyberpunk media thrown in, which works against the suspension of disbelief.
