Good job and concept. Now there are 2 things that could improve it:

2. A different type of message. So you know that every message is someone asking to fuck, but what if there could be a message that you need to read it and pay attention to what it says and if you get the answer wrong your productivity gets one bar lower permanently or what if there is a job meter that says how close are you to get fired and every time you answer an email wrong that bar goes up.
