For the one who isn't sure how they can get through this, whatever this is, this is for you. It's not advice, it's not a solution, it's a record, a proof of survival, for as long as it lasts.

Everything might not be okay. It might never be okay.

And maybe we can be ready to admit that. To talk about that. To give dignity to that. To give respect and honor to those who are still here, when they don't know that they can be.

This is for you, survivor.
