I think Hard Mode could be made harder by having the customer wait time reduced, I understand it's the first day, and most likely the difficulty is going to increase as it goes on (I mean that's how Five Nights at Freddy's works) but It's extremely generous for being called "hard mode". Increasing reputation requirement just makes it longer, not harder. If there was a time limit for the reputation requirement then that'd increase the difficulty, but you can usually take everything at your own pace.
It's totally possible the first day is meant to be a tutorial though, so if it is, that's fair.
Oh and I don't know how I feel about being interrupted during work hours. I think you could have it all explained before customers start going in, remove the tutorial entirely because its not a hard to learn game in the first place, or explain it without freezing the game unnaturally.
Otherwise, great game. Visuals and soundtrack and gameplay is really good so far. Intriguing story.

And yeah my previous statements on the game apply, from the google doc from the demo. Gameplay loop is smooth and stuff, overall amazing. Like how unlocking stuff makes the gameplay harder as it goes on naturally.
