After Ran's route, I was expecting quality storytelling and character development from Bahadur, and of course Wilder didn't fail to deliver. While Ran's route felt steamy and wild, tense and electric, Bahadur's felt like a soft pillow, cozy and supportive and there to dry all the tears that you'll inevitably shed reading it. I want nothing more than to wrap him up in my arms and tell him that everything's going to be okay, but luckily the MC seems to have that handled.
I really enjoyed the fact that despite Bahadur's size, he's an utterly kind and gentle man who exudes emotional intelligence and warmth, yet complex and broken in ways that I never would have expected. I really can't say good enough things about this character and the writer behind him, and I wish nothing but happiness for them both. I desperately wish that there was some kind of sequel to both Ran and Bahadur's stories, but they're both wrapped up in such a sweet little bow of an ending that I think I'll manage with my imagination.
Thank you for Wilder, Sonnet009! I'll carry these characters with me for a very long time, and wish you the best in all of your future endeavors.
