I will sell games for the first time in my life, but there are some issues that confuse me. In my country I have Paypal off, Payoneer and Stripe. So what can I do to sell?
(Under the assumption that you were saying your country’s banks won’t accept transactions from PayPal, etc.)
According to itch.io’s FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) those seem to be the only services you can use right now.
It might be possible that the problem doesn’t exist with every single bank in your country but only with your current bank. You could call some different banks and ask them if they would accept these transactions.
If the… “economic freedom” is limited for all the banks in your country, you could look into opening an account on a foreign bank - perhaps in a neighboring country.
Also: If you have that problem, other people in your country will have the same problems. Try and look for an internet forum for developers from your country and ask them for advice.
If everything else fails, there are probably services that can act as an intermediary between PayPal, etc. and your bank, but their fees might be financially worthwhile… :/
All that being said… In the long term you might want to look into why those boundaries exist in the first place and then either complain to your bank or contact the elected representative for your area and explain to them how this hinders your future career. If you just keep quiet about it, then nothing will ever change.

From your initial post I got the impression that you had already tried the services that itch.io supports and they wouldn’t work in your country. Is that the case or not?
