Something I already did, and got no response. That's why I posted here. Then my thread is archived before I can even respond that I already emailed support. Thanks for ensuring I can't resolve this issue in anyway. You get my money and I can't play your game I paid for.

Hello, I searched our support desk and did not find any messages from your email. Sorry for archiving the topic, but we prefer not to talk about issues relating to purchases on our public board in case the buyer needs to share private information. I've gone ahead and refunded your purchase.
