Something I already did, and got no response. That's why I posted here. Then my thread is archived before I can even respond that I already emailed support. Thanks for ensuring I can't resolve this issue in anyway. You get my money and I can't play your game I paid for.

After weeks of trying to get Night in the Woods to play on my system, I am conceding defeat and need to ask for a refund. The game simply can't load a menu no matter what I try to do to get it to work. I have gone back and forth with support and they are no help. Has anyone attempted getting a refund from this game dev before? 

Contacted support and their suggestion was reinstall the game. Gave that a try and got the same result. Don't waste your money buying this game the Windows version doesn't work. Will be writing a negative review for that reason.

Apparently the Windows version of the game is incompatible with Windows. A shame, I looked forward to this game.

I have downloaded and extracted the zip file for Night in the Woods, but the game fails to launch. Is there a flaw with the Windows download?
