Hi! We are super new to all of this. We purchased a game here and it didn’t have a way to download directly. A link was sent in email. We can’t figure out how to get the computer file on the device. Spent hours and am about to give up. Please help!
The link sent in the e-mail is your download key. You can use it to download the game to your PC through a web browser. How to get it from there to the device is another story. Might want to ask the creators, or better yet tech support for the device manufacturer. Hope this helps.
