That's great, so would it be possible to open full GM project in it, even without the run feature?

Seems to work okay, aside of zooming (but I’m not sure if it’s possible to restrict zoom dynamically)

would there be any app? I can't find any on the internet, MGeditor would be better as an app

The above web version still works and you can “add it to home screen” for convenience.

I don’t have time or expertise to make something more than that, but GMEdit is open-source, so it’s possible to improve it yourself if you know what you’re doing.
