Refund

Hi.

Due to a complete tiredness-induced editing muck-up on my part paid far far too much for a game via paypal. I have requested a refund over 24 hours ago, but have heard nothing back. What shall I do?

I'm not talking about a couple of dollars kind of mistake but one involving double figures.

I've let an admin know.

Hi. I have heard nothing from them.

It's out of my hands now, sorry.

Can I request it through paypal? Because they should not be ignoring this.

It doesn't work like that, Itch has you send you the money. PayPal can't possibly know about them at this point. Either way, you're not being ignored, there must be some mistake.

I hope you are right.

But I do not understand why 'it does not work like that'. The payments are to a business through paypal. So, I think I can open a dispute if needed.

Yes, if PayPal somehow knew Itch has money to send you. Which they can't know because it's not like you sent Itch an invoice or anything. So you most likely have to resolve the issue with Itch support, because far as PayPal is concerned that money doesn't even exist yet.

They responded to my latest email Thank-you for your support.

Thank-you.
