Hi there! I submitted a support request asking why my game isn't indexed / searchable (and after reading all the existing posts and FAQ and following all advice, still isn't) but I haven't received a response from support. Is there anything I can do that I haven't already?
- My game has downloadable files
- It has no price so shouldn't be in any queue
- Its public and doesn't have modified access settings
- Its not marked as NSFW
- It has cover art and all other fields filled in
Any help would be much appreciated!
