Okay so I'm very fresh on here, but I've been trying to download games, and I figured out the first time was because I didn't have my email confirmed/accepted, but then still even after that I get the Failed-Forbidden thing.  I really don't know what to do because I'm always logged in and I have my email confirmed, what other problem could it be?

I'm using a Windows Asus Laptop so I don't think it's the windows problem, but is it possible that Chrome could be a problem? Because I've been using chrome. 

Update: I did a two step verification thing, so I hope that fixes otherwise I'm going to need help understanding what the problem is.
