You didn't say what the problem is exactly, and in any event you shouldn't need an account to download games here. Even if it was one with a minimum price, you'd still get a download key in the e-mail after buying. So what are you trying to do and what happens instead?

On my laptop, it is not allowing me to download any of the zip files. Every time I try, the download bar shows: Failed-Forbidden. Is it possible that the security programs are blocking the Zip files? (I have heard that zip files can sometimes be used to put viruses on computers)
PS. I'll be using my desktop, I will check to see if I get the same results as I did on my laptop.
