Problem with buying the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality

I was charged by PayPal but didn't recieve the bundle. And the website asked me to contact support. I did as directed, but the bundle hasn't been binded to my account yet. It has been almost a day and I wonder when I would get the bundle. Does it mean my ticket is neglected or that I should wait a few more time? Many thanks in advance!

I have the same problem, a friend took the bundle but still nothing on my email address, and no response from the support! I hope to end up having one!

Support is probably backed up right now. If you were charged then that could be a semi good sign. It will take a while until support can get back to you on the matter tho. 

I'm still a little afraid that he will eventually answer me after the end of the bundle and that basically they tell me that "I have it in the ass"

J'ai le même soucis, je paye mais rien ne se passe: aucun mail et sur mon compte, aucune trace de la transaction. Je commence a me demander si ce n'est pas une arnaque.

tu me rassure, je me sent moins seul d'un coup, apres je connais pleins de gens qui n'ont eu aucun problemes, au debut je me suis dis "c'est parceque pour moins c'etait un gift de quelqu'un", maintenant je me dis juste que ils etaient ptetre pas pres a un si grand succes et qu'ils sont vraiment en pls

Idem pour moi ! j’ai effectué l’achat sans avoir créé de compte et je n’ai rien reçu par mail (ni justificatif de paiement,  ni code de téléchargement)

Je voulais faire d’une pierre deux coups (soutenir la cause et kiffer l’occase d’un super bundle) bah je suis bien déçu franchement :/ j’espère sincèrement que ce n’est pas une vieille arnaque ! 

pareil ici ! J'ai acheté le bundle in peu à la dernière minute hier soir, mais rien dans les jeux acquis. C'est comment pour contacter le support du site ? Seulement ici ?

C'est rassurant de  voir que je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas-là, il y a pas mal de messages qui on parle sur la communauté mais beaucoup sont sans réponse, je pense qu'il faut attendre que les modérateurs s'occupe de chaque demande une à une :)

Well, the bundle has finished, but I haven't received it yet. Hope this issue will not be solved by refunding lol.

As long as you are still charged for the bundle, support should be able to help with connecting you to the download link. They are likely still backed up at the moment. 

holaaa perdonad pero donde puedo hablar con el soporte???? me pasa lo mismo con el paquete que no me aparece nada en la biblioteca a pesar de haberlo comprado.

I have a similar problem. I purchase the bundle as a gift for my son. He hasn't received even an email yet.

I got the bundle and it worked, but I can't find a place to claim the games i hdan't claimed yet. What do I do

I ordered  the bundle the 7th of June for 5 dollars, but something went wrong with the withdrawal from my PayPal account... there was an withdrawal of 500 dollars instead of the 5 dollars I ordered... I don 't understand this at all... 

I emailed support@itch.io for the refund of the 475 dollars but now 9 days later there is still no response... 

I am fully aware that the support team is getting alot of issues to respond to... and that they do everything that they can... and I don't mind waiting... I just want to get an confimation of when I can expert the refund...  so I can put this to rest.. the creditcard company's has an expectance that I pay them the withdrawal... this month... wich I absolutely cant... 

What is the next step for me to get this probleem resolved... I do not want to come acrros as impatient by bombarding support with alot of e-mails...
