I got gifted 2 bundles from a friend so I could use one and give one to my other friend, both links were sent to my e-mail but only one of them worked the other just redirects to the purchase page, Not sure why only one link is working also not sure where to go from here as i'm down $5 and a bundle for my friend.
Once you send the gift, the original URL is no longer available. If they didn’t receive the gift then it’s possible you typed in the wrong email address. The best way to get this resolved is to contact support with the email address you used to buy the purchase originally, and we can manually update the email address on the purchase.
Also, I recommend telling the person you gifted it to to also check their spam inbox, in case it accidentally got placed there.
