Once you send the gift, the original URL is no longer available. If they didn’t receive the gift then it’s possible you typed in the wrong email address. The best way to get this resolved is to contact support with the email address you used to buy the purchase originally, and we can manually update the email address on the purchase.

Also, I recommend telling the person you gifted it to to also check their spam inbox, in case it accidentally got placed there.

Our support team is incredibly backed up right now though, so I can’t say how fast they’ll be able to get back to you.

I don’t see any emails with your account, please make sure you send the email with the same email that was used to purchase the bundle so we can look up your transaction.
