I had an issue with a recent purchase and when I went to send an email to support@itch.io, I got a notice in my email inbox that the message failed to send. I can send emails to other addresses just fine so I don't think it's on my end, but I get a failure notice every time I try to send a message to support@itch.io. Any idea why?
A little frustrated that this is happening on top of my purchase issue. Any help would be appreciated.
