Problem uploading to Itch

Hello Itch community,

Does anyone know why I would receive the below error message when I try to upload a Twine 2 Sugarcube zip file to Itch? Their guidelines say the maximum zip file size is 1GB, and mine is 537.8 MB?

There was a problem loading your project:

Extracted zip too large (max 524288000 bytes)

Please try deleting the ZIP file and uploading another one.

I'm happy post any of my code, if it's helpful? Just tell me which part?

Thanks so much in advance! :)

We have separate limitations for HTML5 games to ensure the best experience for people playing games in their browser https://itch.io/docs/creators/html5#zip-file-requirements

500mb for a twine game seems very large, are you sure there aren’t unused resources or assets you can compress?

Thanks, leafo. :)

I had gone through all the files but after your post I double checked and found a vid that was 200mb, not the 200kb I hastily assumed it was. Itch has now loaded my zip.

I was determined not to be THAT guy, but......
