Hi folks,

So I'm having a problem collecting addresses for physical Rewards.  People buy 'em and only about half of them provide an address.  PayPal payers don't seem to get an option to put in an address and some credit card payers don't either.  I have Addresses turned on under "Fields" in the Rewards section. 

Any advice?

You can try sending them an email to remind them to go enter their address information. From their purchase receipt page there’s a button for them to provide their info.

Oh!  So far I've been sending an email and having them email an address back to me.  

So they can put their address in via the receipt page.  Thanks!
