Hello people,  Ludum Dare 46 is just a day away and this will be the first time I am going to participate in any kind of game jam. So any of you guys want to share any kind of tips regarding game jams. What must I do or what must I not do.

Read their rules, and my biggest tip as a fellow newbie would be make sure you know how to properly publish a game. Once the deadline hits you won't be able to change it so make sure you upload everything correctly.
