DBMB! Version: 1.0.7

What consoles/platforms will DBMB! be released on.

We currently only have plans to release on Playstation 4, Windows, Mac, & Linux (via Steam and Itch.io). Once release on those platforms, we may look into Xbox One and Nintendo Switch releases.

How much will DBMB! cost?

DBMB! is going to be a free-to-play game across all platforms. That being said, we do have plans for additional content that will be both free and premium-- Though Muifwego's view is strongly against any sort of 'pay to win' platform. Stay tuned for more news in regards to this after Steam/PS4 release.

Is there multiplayer?

Yes! However, at the moment there is only LOCAL multiplayer, rather than LAN or Online. To play with friends, you'll have to all be playing on the same computer (and eventually PS4). Fret not though Bros! We do have plans for online multiplayer in the near future.

How do my friends join my game?

DBMB! is plug-and-play friendly! With any supported controller, players can join whenever Player 1 is at either the camp or the entrance to a dungeon. You'll know by seeing the "Press ___ to join" UI pop up in the corners of the screen. To leave a game, players need simply hold down the 'Opt-Out' button.

Which controllers does DBMB! support?

The Game currently works with:

• PlayStation 2 controller on Windows (with adapter)
• PlayStation 3 controller on Windows, Mac and Linux.
• PlayStation 4 controller on Windows, Mac, Linux
• Xbox 360 controller on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Xbox One controller on Windows and Mac.
• A variety of Xbox 360 clones are also supported.
• OUYA controller on Windows and Linux.
• Logitech F310 on Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Logitech F510 on Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Logitech F710 on Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Keyboard and Mouse support.

The best way to report bugs is to create a thread here in the DBMB! community forums. We check every single post, and update as often as we can to fix the problem. We appreciate all of the help y'all can give in this regard :)

Saving doesn't work... Help!

Because of an issue on our end, earlier versions of the game had save issues. if your save issue persists, even with the most recent update, we strongly recommend uninstalling/re-installing the newest version directly. This should solve all of your saving woes!

Where is the save file located?

You can find the save files in the following locations:

WINDOWS:

C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\LocalLow\MUIFWEGO\Dont Bite Me Bro!\Saved Games\

MAC:

Users/<UserName>/Library/Application Support/MUIFWEGO/Dont Bite Me Bro!/Saved Games/

LINUX:

/home/[username]/.config/unity3d/MUIFWEGO/Dont Bite Me Bro!/Saved Games/

You need both DBMB_SAVE and DBMB_SLOT files.

We strongly recommend installing via the Itch.io desktop client. This will allow you to launch DBMB!, and other great itch.io games, straight from the client. It also allows automatic updates. However, if you're manually installing, OhYeahMrKrabs created a handy little guide right here!

How do I unlock sandbox mode/infinite resources?

At the moment, this is a feature that we are only using for promos and bug testing. This is, however, a feature we are looking to include in the coming updates.

Is there a way to slow down the herd?

Currently, the time in between herds increases every time you upgrade your safehouse. We are also looking into other gameplay mechanics to directly effect the time between herds.

The armory isn't currently accessible... but it will be very soon!

You can try lowering the quality in the tab where you choose the resolution to Fastest. The only thing I can think of is if the computer does not have space or the user has no authority to write.

Você pode tentar diminuir a qualidade na guia onde você escolhe a resolução para mais rápido. A única coisa que eu posso pensar é se o computador não tem espaço ou o usuário não tem autoridade para escrever.

how does food work in this game ? I plant a corn for 2 food but only get 1 back . Am I missing something ?

so I just got the game on ps4 and I love it but there are a few bugs that I can see visually like zombies clipping through walls and some missing will glitch preventing me from finishing them (e.g.. finding the sheriff's partner) and I cannot access my base to upgrade it the little menu came up befor but I restarted it to fix the sheriff glich(works after a restart)and now I can't upgrade my house

Hello,so  I have had to start a new game and close app or restart multiple times because my truck would glitch into either a road barricade on the highway or even just in the ground and it really butters my egg roll I think this is an amazing game I just wish my truck wouldnt get stuck as much , also it would be cool if this game had an online option to play with your friends  ps. Im on ps4

Where do i go to find the textures? I want to mess around with it but i just can't find it. Do i have to change one of resource assets to png or something like that?

I love the game so much so far but i do notice a few bugs here and there! Normally it runs rather smooth but on my save file i began being unable to access my house so I couldnt upgrade it making me unable to upgrade my walls and stuff further than i already had :( just wondering if theres anyway to fix that or if it was on my part? I had gotten pretty far into it..

ok so I have this glitch where my character will move away from the middle of the screen basically the character moves away from where the game thinks it is at

I am playing on ps4. The game isn't letting me add resources to the house or stockpile or whatever you call it. It will not fix, but I enjoy the game.

Playing on ps4. I started a game last night and everything was fine when i got off. When i got back on today, I can't put any of the resources I gather into the storage building. I've closed it and opened it several times to try and fix it but nothing is working and I'm almost full capacity for what my person can hold. 

Also it not full. Only 2 building materials are in it and it can hold 300. My character is holding 251. 

I continue to play DBMB But my character CONSTANTLY keeps getting stuck. I can swirl around but can’t walk. Help! 

Went into the church on PS4. When I came out the game glitched bad and I exited. I loaded my save file from before, but there's still a bug--I can't use my house. Resources don't go into it when I go near it, and I can't upgrade it or access the character menu. I tried closing the app and reloading again several times but the house is still not working. (It has 0 food and 15 resource, so I know it's not full.)

Hey there, i just got into this game and i really enjoy it! definitely 10/10. i’m curious if you are still planning on online multiplayer, all the reports i see are outdated. Please get back to me! By the way i have noticed that the dog pushes me into zombies and keeps me from goin into doors quite frequently, a suggestion would be making the dog an object you could walk through. thanks so much for reading :)

hey so I downloaded dbmb and when I’m playing with a friend they can upgrade there storage amount for 100 to 200 and etc but I can seem to figure out how to do that can someone please help me?
