Hey Sergzoer,
It should be plug and play and you shouldnt need any external program for it to work. You can use the PS4 directly with a usb cable or you can also use it wireless by holding the Share button and the Home Button untill the controller starts flashing and connect via bluetooth. if it asks for a password it should be 0000.
