[2d art] looking for writer (+programmer?) to take a stab at visual novel [unpaid][casual]

here is a small collection of drawings I've done lately; I'm not very organized at the moment, apologies. (I'm not actually allergic to colors, I just haven't been using them much haha. I would also do bg's, yes.)

So I've wanted to try a project lately, but I'm just not motivated to write and draw myself. I am a beginner at this stuff, so I'm totally open to working with people who likewise have no experience, of course!

I am also trying to learn renpy...It's a work in progress but w/e.

I'm amenable to working with multiple genres, but I'm looking for a small project, at least to begin with! (Things I'm more interested in include psychological and abstract shit, lgbt characters, happy endings.) But hit me up with what you've got, I'd love to start collaboration

i am an experienced psychological horror writer doing writing for a few projects on itchi io,  not a fan of lgbt at all or happy endings. i like to include dark comedy among the horror giving the player that moment of questioning pulling him off gaurd until the next creep appears. I am all about very adult themes but not that really cliche scare eg pop up clowns etc

if this is what you want email me denisdluha@gmail.com

How short are you thinking? Reading your post (and looking through your art - ahhhh, it's so pretty!) I had an idea for a short visual novel that could be cute. 'people allergy'; a short LGBT+ love story about social distancing during a pandemic, where the focal couple's relationship progresses through video calls where they cook together and talk and stuff - I think it'd be nice to write something short and sweet (and vaguely topical) and if you'e down, it'd be fun to work with you! my discord's alveoli ravioli#2650
