my game does not stretch its width and is therefore really tiny on mobile browsers

On desktop browser, the 800x600 width I defined works as intended, but on mobile browser, everything is squished into the upper-left quadrant of the screen.

Since you control the contents of the iframe that hosts your game, you have to figure out how to do the HTML and CSS to work on all device sizes. If you’re using a game engine then it may have export templates that you can customize to accomplish that.

Ah! I use Godot, and Godot 3.2 just released. The default setting of the Stretch mode in 3.2 was changed. Your words made me look deeper into the project settings, thanks a bunch :D
