Good afternoon! We've sent several emails to support, but we haven't even received a ticket number. And there's been no response. So, we're writing here.

We would like to sell our projects on your platform. Currently, we are limited to a maximum upload size of 1 GB, but our completed games are significantly larger.

Could you please help us increase our upload limits for the following titles?

The Black Ice https://antelus-games.itch.io/the-black-ice = 15 GB

Heart of Altai https://antelus-games.itch.io/heart-of-altai-demo = 15 GB

Sea Walker Saga https://antelus-games.itch.io/sea-walker-saga = 8 GB

…Please read the rules of this category where it says that support requests can’t be granted through the forum. If you didn’t receive a ticket number, check your spam folder. Failing that, your e-mail may have been lost on the way. In that case, simply try again after a while.

We're asking for help because it's not in our spam folder, and we've already sent three emails a week apart. You're experiencing a technical issue.

We've already launched sales on other platforms, but we can't do so on yours because your support isn't working.

If you had said so from the beginning, that would have spared a round of posts. Not sure what the procedure is in this case. I’ll let our admins know.

The only way is through the support e-mail. I’ve let them know about your ticket ID when I said I would. It’s all I can do.
