Hello! I had this console error pop up about a full day after Zephyra's quest started Act 2.
I did enslave her, in case it's relevant.

Have you started the game on this version?
Yes, it was a new save on this version.
This usually happen if you have Zephyra in you household. If you don't you get a letter from her. I always recruit Zephyra so I don't how this letter plays out.
