Hello, paypal got disconnected from itch.io (paypal requested auth again), reconnected now and I see that all my 10~14 bucks from itch got lost. Would those payments return to account, or this is it, you disconnect, you lose all your untaken money?
It looks like you’re using direct payments. This means that itch.io doesn’t hold any money on your behalf, so it’s impossible for money to get lost. “Direct” payments on your account are processed directly on your PayPal account, so if any transactions were completed they will appear on your PayPal dashboard immediately after they are completed. Whether or not your PayPal account is connected to itch.io does not affect previous earnings since they would have gone directly into your PayPal account at the time of purchase.
I don’t see any completed transactions associated with your account though, so I’m not sure where you would have seen any earnings. If you could provide more information about where you saw “10~14 bucks” we can try to give you more information.

Hm, maybe I mixed it up in my mind with another gamesite earnings, can't remember for sure if I had any earnings here or that happened only on that other gamesite , but if you say that you see no transactions on my account it looks like I mixed it up indeed, sorry for that, thank you for your answer and clarifications, that helped me to understand what happend, letter from paypal got me confused and gave me some panic :)
