Voting just ended for "Shacknews Jam IV: Do It IV Shacknews" which is a game jam with cash prizes.

I did an initial collation of results and there are complaints about possible vote manipulation on the part of two (2) of the entrants.  Now, I did see one of these entrants out hustling their Twitter userbase which could explain its high rating with a relatively low number of votes, but one of the entries has nearly twice the votes of anyone else.

Are there tools to check for multiple votes from the same IP?
