I followed the guide step by step, and the guide it linked to, to add something to windows path (win 10 64 bit in my case) when i go to run the butler -V command in CMD it just outright refuses it. What im i doing wrong here? Ive followed all the steps 1 by 1 to try and get this thing working. Guides followed linked here-

Sounds like you have a virus scanner or similar security software that is blocking access to it. Can you confirm you've tried running butler after temporarily disabling those.
