I've sent a support request to the support@itch.io address back in JUNE!!! And STILL never got a reply. I recently sent another request, replying to my previous email, and STILL nothing. Is the support@itch.io email address no longer valid or no longer being monitored?

Unfortunately some requests may not get a response, for example you’re asking for features or functionality that we do not support. You’re on your own to find a solution. Our staff prioritizes actionable requests as we receive hundreds of messages a day.

As noted in the rules of this community, please avoid posting threads along the lines of “itch.io support is not responding!” This is a community forum, you should share the specific problem you are having so that the community can assist you in finding a solution to your issue.

Threads that are solely posted to complain about not receiving a response will typically get closed.
