Issue should be resolved. If you didn’t get a receipt email from Zendesk about your ticket then you should attempt to send it again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
the main issue aside from the emails was that my posts were being blocked with this incase you were wondering:

I should probably clarify I had indicated I was talking about itch.io blocking ME from sending THEM emails incase it wasn't obvious, also the issue is related to shadowbanning as my comments started getting locked in a moderation queue.
