Itch/Patreon access eligibility bug

Heya,

I've recently enabled Patreon Access for some of my products, however members are noting that itch is not giving them access when they should be eligible. Presumably that is in cases where people prepaid for a month/year and then cancel their renewing subscription, they should still have access to content until their actual subscription runs out, but itch's system detects it as just not an 'active pledge'.

To put it plainly, if I subscribe to a Patreon Creator for 1 month today, but also immediately cancel my sub so I don't forget, I should still have access to any content for the remaining 30 days that I already paid for. They have access to my content on Patreon, but not the content on itch that I set 'Patreon Access' for.

Any chance this can get looked at at all?

Thanks,
Kay

Do you mind submitting a support ticket with links to user accounts experiencing the problem, what page they should have access to, and any other info you know about what they actually see? I’ll need to look at the API calls to see what the Patreon API is returning.

Reply to me with the ticket ID so I can make sure I assign it to myself.

Thanks

Thanks for the quick response, I've put the relevant information in a ticket. The ticket ID is 31601

Hi, I am a faculty at SDSU and I apologize in advance if this is not the right place. I am sure this is not the right place, but I was trying to find how I can send a message to the admin regarding an opportunity for student who have VR development experience. I would really appreciate it if you could point me to the right direction, so basically we want to distribute a flyer about this opportunity and hopefully hire a student for this research, Thank you so much!
