i cant use the phone anywhere to call Anna. I have all outfits and have her on full hearts and ive been to starcon many times. and still no mentioning of the phone or anything. when i click on the phone it just turns red and nothing more. is there anything in perticular i need to do to trigger it?

is on specific places, also it currently has good chances to bug out so you need to go in and out the location some times to be able to use it. Also is only once per day.

It's bugged for me too. And on that it's completely bugged. There is no on off fix. Maybe because it's a carry over save.  I used the walkthrough to make sure I go to the right places. The unlock is also properly shown. Kinda frustrating because this was one of the new thing of this update I was excited for.
