I sent a mail to support@itch.io 6 days ago but they haven't responded and I saw posts about itch.io mail servers have some issues so I'm posting this here.
None of my games are shown on search results on Itch.io and I think it's because they're not indexed. Before sending mail I checked and only 2 of my games showed up on the search. I tried to change some settings to see if it's about my settings and then they're gone too. I'm searching my user name or name of my games on Itch.io and there are no results for any of them. I've followed your guidelines, read docs about getting indexed and edited metadata correctly but those didn't work. Please help me to solve this.
