Would I be able to get in contact with a moderator or admin directly?  I'm looking to get some communication about a manual review.

I won't elaborate any further here but I have two support ID's for the issue: (306785) and (293885) 

I haven't had the best luck getting in contact with support even prior to the recent events so I thought asking here may be my next best option.
