Reindexing of game - haven't received update from support for 1 month

Hello,

I put in a ticket to get my game reindexed after it was incorrectly shadow-banned along with the NSFW content, it doesn't have any, but I made it free anyway to be included in the reindex at some point, and still have not yet. Would just like that to be fixed so I can clear out of the support email after being in it for almost a month over something small.

Hello,

Can I get an update? It’s been another week and my game was posted on the main itch twitter account despite still not being unbanned… so many mixed feelings lol.

Hello,

Who can I contact now to get the situation escalated higher? My issue would take a support team member 5 seconds to fix. I even did what they said to get reindexed and other people got their games fixed in minutes. Unsure why it has taken 1 1/2 months for me.

Yes, as explained in the rules of this category, response times vary. No, there's no other way to contact itch.io staff. They'll get to it when they can, or when our admins get to my notification.
